Hi All,
We have a reference field on our incident form to select a parent incident. When we select the magnifying glass it brings back a list of records as expected, however if you select a number it does not populate it in the field but when I click on the preview record then I am able to see the record information which I selected. Not Sure why it is not populating the issue is in all the environments.
I have verified some of the configuratiopns like display to true in incident table and verified client scripts and all those but no luck.
Any help on what is causing this is greatly appreciated.

Hi @spullavarth
Look like an issue with the display field, but if that is an issue it should impact every where. Is this record presnts?

After your comment I have gone through the other fields like problem, change request and caused by change.
when I selected problem it showed problem no in the reference field.
But when I select change request and caused by change I observed it didn't show number in the field but preview is working.
when I selected one of the change number in the change request field I can see the cab definition name is populated in change request field when I select other numbers it didn't show value in field then Figured it is showing cab definition if not emtpy in change request.
I verified reference qualifier anywhere it didn't mention we have to show cab definition. Not sure what is happening
