I'm trying to pull data related to Incidents my team has worked, but the ticket was transferred to another group who closed the ticket. Even though my team didn't close/resolved the ticket they did work on it and that is what I'm trying to capture. A list of those tickets sorted by the users on my team would be great.

Hi @bonetge
For this, you need to use the OOTB metric, which tracks when the incident is assigned to your group and when it moves out. You can then use the metric table to create the report.

Hi @bonetge ,
As @Dr Atul G- LNG correctly have mentioned, this is here where a metric definition based on assignment group would be the right approach. Metrics keep trach of the different assignment groups that has been involved. Additionally if you also would like to look from an SLA perspective, you could utilize the plugin "SLA breakdown by assignment group" which will give you the different assignment groups spent time on a single incident.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
