Send Work Notes to Zendesk with flow

I am using a flow and Zendesk spoke to update Zendesk tickets. I am using custom fields action but I cannot send work notes or comments to Zendesk ticket comments.

Hi @snconsulting44 Did you ever figure this one out? If not, you can send your work notes from ServiceNow to Zendesk tickets with a Unito integration. It turns tickets into records and records into tickets, then keeps both in sync with real-time 2-way updates.
