Sent/received email not present in activity filter TOKYO

Afternoon!

I am trying to add the Sent/Received emails to the activity filter in an incident record. I do not see it as an option when i configure. Has something changed with Tokyo and the process for this being implemented?

This is a new instance.

Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appriciated!

Hi,
That's correct.

Now we have two types of mail to be tracked autogenerated other is correspondence. In the past it was Sent/Received.

Thank you for the response I have verified these and still do not see the option. 

Looking at the post above, has the name been updated for this option from Sent/Received Emails to Sent/Received Emails in Tokyo?

I have verified these sys properties. I am seeing no emails in my activity filter for the sn_risk_risk form but they are there for the risk task forms and issue. I have the emails - autogenerated and correspondence marked true for all forms. Any ideas on what else to look at why the one form isn't seeing emails in its activity filter?

You should set the system property "glide.email.smtp.active" to true.
