Hi Team ,

 

We are not able to view records in the list view.

Table - Incident , Problem , Change , SC Task.

 

Fixes tried ,

Query BR - Working Fine , No changes done.

ACLs - Verified no changes.

When you say "We" who ITIL users, admins??

 

do you see any message when you look for this record?? need more details here.........

@Community Alums Can you please provide more details who is not able see and check if those users have proper roles needed.
