User unsubscribe email from servicenow

Hi, User is not able to receive email from servicenow when the incident is created. I could see the logs that the email is received. CAn you confirm what could be the reason. If the user unsubscribe email then how to redo it? Regards,AKshata Patil

Email fied in incident New record

Under the Incident New Record Form in Emai field I am not getting actual email address of the user instead it's showing me " On-Call Schedule - Gaps and ....... " kindly refer the below screenshot

Assigned to >> Assignent group mapping

Hi Experts, I am trying build a functionality so that when ever I select an assigned to in incident from the assign to belongs from what all groups only those will be populated in the assignment group filed. Thanks & Regards,Arnab
