Triggering Email Twice when the incident priority changes to Critical.

Hello All,

 

We configured an email notification on Incident table. 

When the state changes to Critical an email notification will be triggered.

 

But we are getting the email twice, please explain how to fix this?

Not created any event also.

Please check you trigger condition on notification, may be it will trigger the notification twice.

I don't have much info but try to set the state condition as changes to not state is.
