Unable to Modify or retire a standard change template

Trying 

 

Non-Admin user getting the following error:

 

You are either not authorized or the cart item is invalid

Shows: Role required: admin, change_manager, sn_change_writeor itil

 

Admin can and gave the user the following roles: 

change_manager, sn_change_writeor itil

 

and they are still not able to modify it gives not authorized

Hi Joshua, 

 

You need yo back to your admin, and ask them for the reason it's not working. It looks like a role issue, which admin need to figure out.

I found the record producer that allows for editing now but was looking to make it so that only admin / Change_manager role could edit appears it is an ACL issue
