Hi team,

Iam working on universal Request.i have created a universal request and then create a request with ui action but again new UR is getting created.

No @Dr Atul G- LNG as i mentioned still it is creating the new UR.it is not attaching to associated UR.

@Dr Atul G- LNG i have enabled already. still, it is not working.

It's working fine for me.

My configuration:

  • UR plugin is activated

  • Assigned UNI Agent role to my user

  • Enabled the required property

  • Clicked on the Requests UI action

  • Followed the process, and once the order is placed, it comes back to UR

Repair the UR and UR Request plugin once.
