Hi team,
Iam working on universal Request.i have created a universal request and then create a request with ui action but again new UR is getting created.

Please close this thread, as your issue is sort now by installing the request plugin.

No @Dr Atul G- LNG as i mentioned still it is creating the new UR.it is not attaching to associated UR.

It's working fine for me.
My configuration:
-
UR plugin is activated
-
Assigned UNI Agent role to my user
-
Enabled the required property
-
Clicked on the Requests UI action
-
Followed the process, and once the order is placed, it comes back to UR
Repair the UR and UR Request plugin once.
