Users not being shown on the incident record

Hi all,

 I need to make a new incident record with a newly created user for a demo-purpose, but at the moment failed to select a particular user. The users I created for this purpose does not show on the Incident record. 

This might be a very straightforward question but please help me out!

@TomohiroT As suggested earlier please check if there are any existing reference qualifier on the caller and the assigned to field. This might be preventing you from selecting the newly created user.

@TomohiroT Where are you trying to select the new user on Caller field or Assigned To field? Please check if there are any reference qualifier applied on the reference field which is preventing the selection of the new user. I was thinking of putting both of them: both new users on caller and assigned to.
