We can hide for all the users by updating below record, I just wanted to know if we can find on the basis of user profile.

esolution

  • To display the VA icon in the service portal using Agent Chat configurations(sp_agent_chat_config):

Uncheck the "Public" option and specify the required roles to ensure the VA icon is visible only to selected users.

  • If you are using Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget (sn-va-sp-widget) widget, please specify roles on the widget.

Follow knowledge article KB0960018.

@Harshal Aditya

I think you can use script there and access logged in user sysid

based on that you can show/hide by returning true/false

Note: I haven't tried that in my PDI

see this link if it helps

How to show the chat bot of "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget" for a specific users/group?

💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏
