Activation of Major Incident in Service operation workspace

Hi, 

Has anyone been able to activate the new Major incident Management workspace, that I think was introduced in Washington release? 

 

Im trying to activate the MIM workspace in my PDI but im failing to do so, when Following these instructions:

"Activate the Major Incident Management (app-sow-mim) plugin in Service Operations Workspace using Admin Center.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.
  2. On the Admin Center Overview tab, in the Configure ITSM Core section, select the Install button under Major Incident Management.
  3. In the pop-up window that lists plugins to be installed, select Start Install."

 

The problem I have is that I dont even have a box for MIM in the first place. The only box I have here is a "Incident management" box. Nothing else.

I got an answer from Hi-support. (im on WDC patch 1)

 

This StoreApp is available only after you upgrade it to Washington DC Patch 2.

Compatibility: Washington DC Patch 2
