Text on SOW is not translating

Some items are not translating even though translations are available for them. 

The Recently viewed section on the Landing page contains some Japanese but not all.  I found the No history yet message and the Explore Key features in Service Operations workspace in System Localization > Messages but they do not appear on the screen.  How do I fix this?

Is it still not translated correctly after you perform a cache.do? Caching is an issue with workspaces and translations. Create a ticket with NowSupport to get this fixed permanently. They have told me several times 'this is fixed in the next version', but still it persists. The more complaints they get, the higher the chance is the fix it.


Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Yes it still persists even after I have performed many cache.do's.  I will put a ticket in.  Thanks.

I have, they had me change the OOTB workspace order to a number above my "custom" workspace.  This has worked.
