I've been tasked to add a paperclip icon to indicate when an incident or interaction has one or more attachments. While a style exists to accomplish this in the fulfiller view (Now Platform), this method does not seem to apply to Service Operations Workspace. Can someone point me in the correct direction of where I might similarly customize lists in SOW?
I've attached a screen capture from ITIL view to show the type of indicator I intend.
