Auto refresh not working on list view with SOW workspace after Yokohama upgrade.

Hi,

Auto refresh not working on list view with SOW workspace after Yokohama upgrade.

We tried put glide.lists.live_list_enabled  as true, it is not helpful.

Is this bug for Yokohama?

Is there workaround way to make working?

Right now, we have to click refresh button to get the refresh.

Hi @emilysumo ,

 

Ideally it has to work by default, I recommend to log a Hi case with ServiceNow and check what is the issue exactly.

This sounds like a known issue (PRB1919567) that occurred with the Yokohama upgrade from the "List Bundle SNC" page introduced starting with SOW ITSM v6.1 (sn_sow_itsm_cont). A fix is currently planned for v8.2 of the sn_sow_itsm_cont application.
