AWA in Service Operations Workspace Auto-Opens Incident Tabs When Work Item Assigned

In Service Operations Workspace, when you are part of an Incident Queue for Advanced Work Assignment and are in an Available status, instead of the Incidents queueing up in your Inbox for you to manually open them, the Incidents automatically open a new tab and the UI focus is moved to the new tab.  This can disrupt updates you are making to the Incident you are currently working on.  This is out of box behavior, but can be adjusted so that the Incidents assigned to you wait in the Inbox until you manually open them.

 

Here's where you go to set that:

 

Advanced Work Assignment>Settings>Assignment Rules:

Find the Assignment Rule that you need to adjust:

Out of box, the value of 'Display options' is set to 'Inbox card and workspace tab.'  Set it to 'Inbox card':
