Card view gone from SOW Incident Overview?

Hello,

Did the Washington version remove the toggle buttons that can switch between a list or card view?  

 

If so, is there a way to get a card view  back?    Our users got attached to the Vancouver version.

However, this page changed in Washington, and those buttons are no longer available (see below documentation for Washington that contains a screenshot of the landing page):

You now can only view the list of objects in a list view. This option was taken away likely to save space on the page. There isn't a way to get these buttons back.
