In our instance at the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), the global top search bar does not support fuzzy numeric matching on incident numbers. Users must type the full incident number (e.g., INC0031872) to find records, but we need to enable partial suffix searches like typing just "1872" to locate incident number INC0031872.
Can someone provide configuration steps, required system properties, or search source modifications?
