Hi,
I need help help on the field decorator.
Use Case- Have a field decorator on caller field in SOW. When user clicks on that it should open a pop up which will have list of incidents created by same caller. If user clicks on any number it should open that incident record in workspace tab.
Solution- I have created a field decorator which does open a pop up with incident list. But when user clicks on incident number it set the caller field with that incident number instead of opening the record in workspace tab.
Below are the screenshots from my configuration set up
I need help on how can we make the incident to open in next tab when user click on any incident number from list. It's quite urgent, any help would be highly appreciated.

I think the logic for that might be under that component "Reference Search Requested"
Did you open that and check?

@Ankur Bawiskar that is OOB.
I have 2 major questions: Can we achieve this in workspace using this UXF Client Action? Or is there any alternative?

I am not an expert in UI builder but since you mentioned it's an OOB then it's an issue because if that incident is clicked then it should open the existing incident without impacting the caller field value
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
