How do you change report conditions for the OOB reports on the SOW Overview page.

Hello, 

We are new to the Service Operations Workspace.  The OOB reporting has just about everything we need but we would like the to change some conditions on the reports.  For Example, there is an "incidents assigned to you" that show Resolved Incidents.  Is there a simple way to modify the report conditions?

Hi @Danny Barker ,

Navigate to Landing Pages (Workspace Experience > Administration > Landing Pages) and open the landing page you want to modify.

Click on open in UI Builder

If it is in read only mode, then click on Menu option and copy the page and make necessary changes as per your requirement.

You can add reports by adding a component onto the landing page.
