How to Append Email Template to Existing Email Content in Service Operation Workspace?

Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue in ServiceNow's Service Operation Workspace. When I reply to an email from an incident form, the original email content is initially selected. However, when I apply an email template, the original email content disappears and is replaced by the template.
I would like to append the email template to the existing selected email content instead of replacing it. How can I achieve this? Is there a way to modify the email client script or use a different approach to maintain the original email content while adding the template content?
Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
