How to re order the UI Actions in the UX Form Actions Layout group in Service Operation Workspace

Hello All

 

We have 7 UI Actions in the SOW Incident form in a "UX Form Actions Layout group" and it is an type as Split button. I wanted to reorder the UI Actions in the dropdown. I have adjusted them manually multiple times, but it is not working as expected.

Please answer the following

1. Are the UI actions you are showing custom or OOB?

2. List down the sequence of UI action to reordering it

2. 

Create Child incident
Create request
Create Problem
Create Change
Create Outage
Create Knowledge
Create Task
Transfer Incident

Hello @DNC 

1. In the UX Form Actions Layout group table open the record of the Incident Table 

2. To reorder the UI actions, you will have to open each UI action in the platform view 

3. As per your sequence of UI actions give them an order.

4. In my example I have given the order of 0,2,4,6,8,10,12 for each UI respectively.
