Do we have feasibility to customize all the Related Links on Service Operations Workspace, either as a recommendation or by creating a new page similar to Related Records.

Can you elaborate? You are talking about related links and related records. Those are 2 separate things. What are you looking for?

Hi Mark,

I would like to check the feasibility of customizing the Related Links functionality in Service Operations Workspace. Specifically, i would like to understand whether these links can be configured to appear as recommendations within the workspace or if it is possible to design and implement a new dedicated page which is similar to the Related Records tab, to enhance usability and accessibility.

Hi Ankur,

I wanted to enable these related links in SOW view. This can be achievable by checking the workspace option on the respective UI Action.

 Now I want to understand the feasibility to do customization to appear these all related links in a  recommendations or a new page which is similar to Related Records tab.
