Hi All,
In SOW, in lists and forms, client wants to mark some distinctive indicator that an Incident is Major. The story is I would like users to have a very distinctive way to know that an Incident is a Major incident so that they can react accordingly. Actually, I have completed this requirement in UI 16 but not sure how to develop this in SOW. Would you please assist me since I never work on SOW before. Please include SOW navigate in your answer. Thanks!

Can you let us know if you have Major Incident Management installed or not? Or is this custom development done on the classic view? It should apply to both.

What did you do on classic view that makes them so distinctive?

Yes. I already have installed Major Incident Management. In UI classic view, navigate to incident form > Number > configure style > Field = Number and value = javascript:current.major_incident_state == 'accepted' . So, it is working properly in UI classic view but not in SOW incident list and form view since both of them are in different framework.
