need to autopopolate 3 feilds from details tab to dispatch custom tab in workspace

Hi Team ,

need to autopopolate 3 feilds(oss site i'd, site owner, parent) from details tab to dispatch request custom tab in workspace. we are usinh yokohoma version.

if some one have the solution please share with me , Thanks in advance.

please find the attached screenshots, after when we give the info in details tab need to be autopopulated in dispatch request.

details tab means your form has those fields and agent will save

Dispatch request tab is showing which form fields?-     oss site i'd , site owner and parent but case number need to be in parent field. (these fields need to be populated from details tab).
