New Knowledge Article creation error on SOW Workspace

Hi All,

We are in process of migrating from Agent Workspace to SOW Workspace.

When we click on New Button on Knowledge Article, we are getting this error in SOW workspace.

I checked declarative action

We are also experiencing this issue.  Were you able to resolve this?
