Customize the OOB UI page for KA creation from Resolved Incident in Service Operations Workspace

Hi

We are working on a UI Page in SOW. 

Go to SOW >> Resolved Incidents >> Open any incident >> Click on 'Create Knowledge'

This will open a OOB UI Page i.e. Create Article. 

We want to modify this UI page so that it will show the default selected Knowledge Base and this field will be read only.

I need help to customize this page and where I can link this page to reflect my changes.

you can create a copy of that UI page and then make changes to it.

then update the OOTB UI action to use this new UI page.

what did you start with and where are you stuck?

I am able to create a copy of the page. But my requirement is to set the default Knowledge Base when Craete Article page opens.(see attached).

So how and where I have to make changes to set default KB.

I was able to create a copy of the page in UI Builder. But I want to set a default knowledge base in the page that opens when clicked on 'Create Knowledge'. Also I want to set the Knowledge base field as read only. How can I do this?
