Requester Information Tab in Service Operations Workspace Missing

Since we upgraded to Xanadu, the Service Desk team no longer has the ability to see/use the Requester Information tab on this ISM section in the SOW.
They used to have the little "person" icon from the list of options in the right pane, which when they clicked on it, it displayed requestor information, mainly "recent interactions". This was a vital tool to prevent duplicated records either in ISM or Incidents.
Now when they open the form, that option is no longer there, with the top one being Agent Assist
We have not customized this Workspace at all, been using it out of the box since Agent Workspace was no longer supported, but this is the first time that icon has "disappeared"
I casually reviewed the UI Builder for this per SN documentation, but I can't access that right pane to modify (locked down).
Any suggestions/resolutions?
The Service Desk team relies on this option...

We are at version 5.01 on that workspace and it was there back when we were at Washington DC release level.
There is an upgrade available to 6.1.3 now. I may install that upgrade in one of our non-prod instances to see if its showing automatically then.

We are on Xanadu and when I recently updated the "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications" plugin from 5.1.0 to 6.1.3 on a development instance, I noticed the Requester information section disappeared as well. The instances that are still on 5.1.0 were not affected and still have Requester information. I spun up a PDI on Xanadu and verified the 6.1.3 plugin version did indeed remove Requester information. I'm currently playing around on the PDI to see if I can get it back.
