Service Operations Workspace - users previous tickets

Hi,
We have recently moved over to Service Operations Workspace (used to use Agent Workspace) and when you created a ticket in Agent Workspace you could see all previous tickets for that user, in relation to Incident, Requests and Interactions.
Now we have moved over to Service Operations Workspace in the related records tab, we can see the fields but no data is showing for Requests or Interactions, only for Incidents
When you work in the backend of the Incident module that information is showing.
Our platform providers are stating that this is not possible unless a script is created and therefore not out of the box.
Can someone confirm whether this is correct ?
