Side Bar Component of Attachment in SOW

I want to add number Badge to the Attachment icon. A live number of attachments should be seen there.

EG -> 

Means when I add 1 attachment from there it will show a small 1 over there in circle.

you will require lot of UI builder customization for this.

This will increase your technical debt and impacts during upgrade.

My recommendation is to stick to OOTB.
