Service Operations Workspace
We are trying to move more staff to use this workspace, but most are running into a error when they do
They get this, however the links do not work like they should
They should work like this:
However, these get this instead – where the links don’t work:
We troubleshooted and found that if they turn off the Extension for our password keeper application, then it works.
However, that extension is controlled by Admin of that app, so most internal staff cannot turn it off.
Anyone have a suggestion?
Keeper is aware of the issue and they are working on a hotfix or patch :
