Post Australia upgrade-Knowledge article workflow type field is showing nodes instead text

SOW Related Records Workflow does not display State text (Published). Activity icons/nodes appear instead - see attached.

Expectation is/ In Zurich It was like below

How to trobleshoot this quickly?

Thanks for your replay and help. 

As per the KB attached here, mentioned records are UNCHANGED state.
I have seen upgrade history and I see this script include records are "UN CHANGED" as below.

How to proceed now.
