Anyone having any luck getting PDIs Backonline from the Undergoing Unscheduled Maintenance issue

Is anyone having any luck getting their PDIs back online?  

Someone at ServiceNow, can you please bring my https://dev185457.service-now.com/ Instance back online?  

I am following the Help Link when I was going to release and start over for the 10th time.

Hi @Bob Mullineaux,

Many have experienced unplanned downtime. Some PDIs comes back online some doesn't come back online. But no matter what, there is no support for PDIs, so you're limited to two options:

• wait, it should come online again
• Release your instance and request a fresh installation.

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Last week I was creating a new instance each and every day, installing modules, setting up, etc. because they were not waking up on the other day. Very frustrating when you have to do demos with clients..
