my instance is down for past 3 days I am getting this message - Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available. Hope I don't lose all my work. Please help

I requested an Australia instance yesterday. Decided to move to Zurich. When I released australia and requested Zurich the instance appeared available right away, like it didn't need to be built. And it already had changes on it made by another admin...

My Instance is not opening. It shows as a unscheduled maintenance and when I try to open the instance it shows the below error."Bad Request This combination of host and port requires TLS."

Resolved! PDI Transactions are timing out
Are others having problems with their PDI. I Can't open a record after a few basic navigation steps. web page "dims" soon transaction timer displays, and never completes. I give up before the 298 seconds.
Build Agent Not Installed
Build Agent isn't installing on my PDI. I upgraded my PDI from Y to Z and it didn't install. I released my PDI and requested a brand new one and it's still showing as not installed. How do I install this?
