Are others having problems with their PDI. I Can't open a record after a few basic navigation steps. web page "dims" soon transaction timer displays, and never completes. I give up before the 298 seconds.

Build Agent isn't installing on my PDI. I upgraded my PDI from Y to Z and it didn't install. I released my PDI and requested a brand new one and it's still showing as not installed. How do I install this?
