https://dev193885.service-now.com is not waking from hibernation.
I have tried 2 different browsers and 3 different computers and it just says The instance didn't wake up. Please Retry .
I have tried for 3 hours now.
Is there a trick to get it to wake or how can I fix it? I can release it but it says to post here first.

I have just released it and requested another. It looks like there has been a problem with the xandhu instances not waking from hibernation. I don't save anything I need to keep.

Hi @lforbes ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online again after some time
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, if doing so, you will lose all development that hasn't been backed up.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi @lforbes
I
've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
