I have recently created a PDI yet when I try to access it the following error appears, I have changed passwords multiple times and they are all invalid. How can I fix this?

Hi
Even I had that issue, go to developer.servicenow.com and login with your credentials, on top there will be manage instance password...use that and reset it.

Hi,
Are you giving the correct current password? New password and confirm password both are same? Are you following best practise to reset the password ie.,
For example -ServiceNow@123. If you check this it having caps, small letters, special characters, numbers.
Can you follow the same and reset the password.
Regards,
Suresh.

Yep I've made sure to give the correct current password, even copying from keychain. I have also tried resetting the password through the ServiceNow website and the same error occurs. I am confident the details I enter are correct.
