How can I get a PDI of an earlier version?

I'm new to ServiceNow and my organization just upgraded to Rome. How can I get a Rome PDI?  I setup a new developer account and see the PDI option to upgrade instance but not to downgrade.

I found help online that said to release the current version and I was able to request a Rome version of PDI after I did that.

Hi there,

Downgrading an Instance is not an option. You can only upgrade an instance.

Since it's a PDI, you could release your PDI and request a new one for the release that you are after.
