I am not able to select value for reference field. It's not showing the options list please give suggestions to solve this issue.

yes its having reference qualifier and removed it so now its working.

Can you please if there is any reference qualifier set for the reference field which may causing an issue.

Right click on the field's label and go to the fields Configure -> Dictionary and check its conditions and reference qualifiers.
Post a screenshot if you are not sure what to look for.

Please check if u have specified any table for reference field and that reference table has some data
