Hello,
We have encountered that a test instance is stick in debug mode.
Preventing the system scheduler from running jobs.
What could be done on the instance to complete/ restart/ refresh debug mode and start the system scheduler.
Any help Appreciated.

Raise a ServiceNow ticket asking to disable the debug mode on your instance and to make all worker threads online
