Instance is down after having no issues consistently for months, what went wrong?

As per the subject title above, I have built quite the demo for my project without any issues until today when met with an irresponsive PDI prior to a meeting showcase

Pdi doesn't come with support,  means if it's reclaim or offline or lost no one can help. 

You can either wait or get a new PDI,you need to release this pdi.

For further,  please take regular backup.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait, it should come online after some time
2. if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation.  NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.

It will take some time and it will come online and that start building button appear in Blue 0r Teal color.
