Instance is super slow

I don't know what's going on , but my instance is taking ages to load , does anyone know how could I fix that ?

As per your impact and if its not PDI, you can raise HI case for this issue. For PDI, ServiceNow no longer provides any support.

Hi,

You can check the long running active transactions for your instances and you can kill them. May be that cause the slow performance issue.

Or else, to case HI case for performance issue.

Hi,

If its PDI, there is no certain way to fix it, transactions keeps on running even for the fresh installs, so it is something you have to live with.

For your Company instances, you can reach out to HI, so they can help you with instance health checks and action plan to fix the slowness and improve instance health.
