Instance is unusable, general loading takes a long time.

Instance load times are extremely high.  Reference fields load incredibly slow, etc.

Can someone assist please.

Indeed I did.

This did not resolve the issue.  It feels like a resource issue.

Will need ServiceNow to investigate.

There's no resolution for this. Also note that there's no (official) support for Personal Developer Instances.

In the past you could post a question in the Instance Help community, and some ServiceNow team members might have a look. Unfortunately though, the Instance Help community is not being monitored anymore (already since multiple months). For a short while there was a Give Feedback button on the Developer Site, though that has been removed now also.

Unfortunately there are still a lot of references directing you to the Instance Help community. Though again, the Instance Help community is not monitored and there's no (official) support for Personal Developer Instances.

Hi Allen,

Instance support is no longer provided by ServiceNow. We no longer have feedback button also.

Note: Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you don't have important data. You can get a new instance in less than 5 min.
