Instance is unusable, general loading takes a long time.

Instance load times are extremely high.  Reference fields load incredibly slow, etc.

Hi Allen,

If that doesn't resolved your issue then unfortunatly there is no resolution for that as of now. Its a Known issue these days. Instance help is no longer monitored by servicenow anymore.

Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you dont have important data.
