I unchecked the Primary Box on "My Company" and now the record is missing. I am unable to set back the default ServiceNow Logo or create a new company.

Hello Pam,
Sure. Do you have any other instance where this is working fine? If yes then take an export( From on your instance) and import the XML file on your instance. I'm not able to attach XML file here.

I only have the one instance and cannot sign up for another one with the same email.
