My Company is missing

I unchecked the Primary Box on "My Company" and now the record is missing.   I am unable to set back the default ServiceNow Logo or create a new company.

Spoke too soon. It added back the record for My Company however I am still unable to update the text. See screen shot below:


Able to update Banner, however the logo is missing.


Works for all the user except admin. I will check in sometime and let you know.
