My instance started loading extremely slow

My instance started loading extremely slow. Most of the time, pages won't load at all. Is there something I can do?

Hi Claudius,



Change your homepage to the System Diagnostics and see if there is anything special there like memory overuse, and that all od your nodes are online.


Go to All Active Transactions and verify you don't have some job looping around in the background.


And if you can't find anything, open a HI case.

Just wanted to let you know that Claudius' issue was with a personal developer instance, and such instances are not supported on HI. This area (Instance Help) is the right place to post issues regarding personal developer instances. Let us know if you have any questions.

I looked at your developer instance and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. If you could provide some more details that would help us debug this further, in case there's an issue. Please don't submit an incident on HI.


Hello Barath, and thank you for your reply. I had a look at load times (the network tab of Chrome) and those items take an eternity to load (top three):

Don't know if this helps, stabbing in the dark for now. BTW, everything starts to work this bad when I try to use the Service Catalog. Never had significant lags in other areas.
