Normalization Services "Failure: Could not download Normalized Manufacturer Names"

In my Jakarta developer instance, I'm trying to go through the guided set up for Normalization Services. When I get to the data section and try to "Download Normalized Data" I get an error, almost immediately after starting that says "Failure: Could not download Normalized Manufacturer Names". Anyone know why?

You may have solved this by now, but I had to report this to HI and they added the missing credentials to the application nodes. After they restarted the nodes, the download worked fine.

Yes, that is what they did…. And we were successful in our normalization procedures.
