I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

There is no support available for PDI.

If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.

You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @Santosh53

1. Use an incognito/private window or try a different browser.

2.  Sometimes, instances undergo unscheduled backend maintenance or experience regional queue delays.

     Wait for 24-48 hours.

3.  If it remains stuck after 24-48 hours, then you need to release the PDI ( note: you will loose all your data at this point)  and request a new one

There is no Support available for PDI.

Hi @Santosh53,

Don't worry, Instances went offline quite common. Wait for a day.

If you are facing issue still after ~24 hours, you can request a new instance by releasing the current one. Since, we don't have support for PDI issues.

Note: If you request a new instance, you will loose the data.

If the provided solution is useful/working, please Accept as Solution and hit the Helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
Srikanth Akula.
