Dear ServiceNow,

 

"The Instance Help Community" is unable to resolve persistent technical issues, particularly the recurring 'refreshing loop' affecting frequently used PDIs.

This information should be updated to accurately reflect this limitation.

Consider adding a statement such as:

'If your PDI remains in a refreshing status for more than 48 hours, please release it and request a new one, as support for existing PDIs has been discontinued.'
