Hi there,
I was going to release my PDI, but when filling out the form I was sent to this forum. I have been trying to access my instance for two days now, but it doesn't want to wake up.
Can someone here help me with getting it up and running again?

How do someone backup PDI? by exporting all your work on the local machine, or is there any other means?
